Eze Breeze Windows by East Coast Enclosures 11Glass is the first thing that comes to mind when you think of windows, but glass isn’t the only option for your patio windows. If you’re looking for a way to improve your patio but don’t want a fully enclosed sunroom, Eze Breeze windows are the perfect fit. They’re one of the many ways you can customize and improve your outdoor living area. Keep reading to learn more!

What Are Eze Breeze Windows?

At first glance, they might look like glass, but Eze Breeze panes are made from vinyl. Vinyl is a synthetic heavy-duty PVC plastic. With aluminum framing, the panels are ultra-lightweight and easy to maneuver. The vinyl can be clear or tinted and the aluminum is available in a variety of colors to complement your home. Maneuverability is the shining star of these windows. They’re installed on a tiered track so that you can slide each panel up, down, or center—whichever way you want the breeze to flow. Or we can install them to open horizontally instead of vertically like standard windows!

Keep them closed when you don’t want a breeze or slide one or more panels in each row behind the other for customized airflow. Open some, open all. Maybe open the ones in the direction the air is flowing. The choice is yours!

If your existing patio doesn’t have a roof, we’ll need to add one. If you don’t have a patio, we’ll custom-build one for you.

Why Not Just Install Screens?

Screens are great, but dust and pollen still find their way in. Most homeowners have screens installed with their Eze Breeze windows, but screens alone offer less flexibility.

Some of the top reasons to install vinyl windows with screens include:

*When rain is heavy, it may find its way inside.

Why Not Just Install Glass Windows?

You certainly can! If you prefer glass, East Coast Enclosures has you covered. That said, vinyl may meet your needs. Installation of Eze Breeze windows is just that, easy! They cost less than glass and are faster to install.

We can install either option for you!

How Do You Clean Eze Breeze Windows?

Another thing you’ll enjoy is how easy your new windows are to clean! Just vacuum the aluminum frame on low with a soft vacuum brush. Then pop each panel out and clean the front and back with a lint-free cloth. Mild detergent is required. Diluted Woolite® or Murphy Oil Soap® is suggested. You should only need to clean them twice per year!
